I'm visiting one of my suppliers warehouse and test kitchens to work with, sample and evaluate some artisan pork, and cheeses. This co.'s pork is marbled like a beef ribeye. Very special can't wait. I think on the way home we'll visit wright dairy also for some farm fresh products.
